Menu planning, choosing healthier foods for your family without going crazy (or breaking the budget!) and making changes in the kitchen as a busy homemaker… it’s all so much!
Today’s Podcast
My conversation today is with Trina Holden; wife, mother, and homemaker. Years ago Trina found herself with some health issues that required her to go gluten free, but without all of today’s education and resources. She figured out how to eat better even as a mother of small children, and created simplified menu and kitchen systems. You will be encouraged that you can do the same.
Pour another cup of coffee or tea and be encouraged for the next 40 minutes. And, please do leave a rating and review on iTunes, that is how other homemakers will find this podcast.

I grew up with my father and have no instruction on cooking, meal prepping, grocery shopping or budgeting for that matter. I am eager to learn as a wife and mom how to better serve them and be a better steward with what we’ve been given. You’ve been a blessing to my family. Thank you!!
